WrestleMania 42 heading back to NOLA?

Exciting news has emerged from multiple sources: WrestleMania 42 is set to return to the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana, in 2026. I had the incredible opportunity to attend both events, and each visit was filled with unforgettable experiences and a unique energy that only New Orleans can provide.

There’s something magical about walking down Bourbon Street during WrestleMania season. The air buzzes with excitement as wrestling fans from all corners of the globe descend upon the city. The festive atmosphere, with live music, street performers, and countless celebrations, makes for an unparalleled experience that lingers in your memory. I vividly recall strolling along Bourbon Street late into the night, surrounded by throngs of enthusiastic fans, all celebrating their love for wrestling.

During my visits, one of the highlights was undoubtedly indulging in the famous Ferdi sandwich from Mother’s Restaurant. This local delicacy, a delicious combination of baked ham, roast beef, and debris gravy, is a must-try for anyone visiting the city and let’s not forget their amazing Po’boy sandwiches . The flavors transport you straight to the heart of New Orleans, capturing the essence of the locale and enhancing the overall experience. Sharing these moments with my sons, Joel and Derek, made it even more special as we bonded over great food and the excitement surrounding WrestleMania.

As we approach WrestleMania 42, I can’t help but feel a sense of anticipation.
